The jars are correctly in place now the only thing I want to see is the provider.xml file
You need to check at OS level at the path
E:\usr\sap\PINDVEBMGS00\j2ee\cluster\bin\ext\com.sap.aii.af.axisproviderlib\server
in the above location you will find provider.xml
FYI- just a suggestion in your screenshot you should not give IP/host/SID of systems
