Why you have commented the PCR after made changes?
It has recommended from SAP that if you want to make any changes in Standard PCR then make it copy to other one and comment the standard one and make the changes in copied one and activate it to get the necessary effect.
So in your case first copy XLOZ to ZLOZ or YLOZ. Then remove customization you have done in XLOZ (Not from the copied one). Then comment standard one and insert copied one after standard one.
