ATP in Material determination

Hi All,

I have configured material determination for our company need, but I faced below issue in ATP. I will explain the scenario,,,,

Master Data in VB11

ABC - Main material

PQR - Alternative material without selecting MRP indicator

XYZ - Alternative material with selecting MRP indicator

Material substitution reason is 0004 and only outcome is B. Strategy and Substitution category is blank.

We do not maintain stock for ABC. System has stock for PQR 120qty and XYZ 50qty.

I created sales order for 200qty and material determination works properly as below.

ABC -------> 200

PQR --------> 120

XYZ --------> 80

When I looked at the each schedule lines, PQR has confirmed with 120qty.

And XYZ has confirmed only 50qty. System does not propose date for remaining balance 30qty. But my expectation is XYZ should have two schedule lines with 120 (confirming available stock) and another schedule line for remaining 30 (after considering in-house production leadtime in MRP).

And system give a msg "Quantity of 30 NUM remains after product selection (item 000100)"

Could you pls help me to solve this issue
