Can you help me answer my second part of the question - how do I configure C4C to send email in the first place? I am trying to create a workflow that sends an email every time an Incident is saved but I have no idea where to configure it - there was one area in the Admin Guide I found (see above) - Configure S/MIME, is this the right place? seems complicated so wanted to double-check..
