DataBase password expired in SMP 3.0 SP10

Dear All,

I am using SMP 3.0 SP10. During the SMP server start (Development Server Instance) , I am getting the error as the DB password is expired.

We have reset the password . but still it gives the same error.

Is there any place where we manually need to change the DB password in the SMP server configurations ?
